What PSUs are

Profit-share units represent a claim on future profits — not company ownership.

Shares of profit, not shares of the company

PSUs are profit-share units — “shares” that represent a claim on KidCreato's future profits.

Each unit pays out a percentage of profits until the investor receives a fixed return (for example, 2× their investment). PSUs do not grant ownership, voting rights, or control of KidCreato.

This structure gives early supporters meaningful upside while keeping your cap table clean and free of traditional equity complications.

Bonus payouts reward early believers when KidCreato hits key milestones.

Milestone bonuses

When KidCreato reaches defined milestones, PSU holders become eligible for Upside Bonus payouts — such as +10%, +20%, or fixed bonus amounts on top of standard profit-share distributions.

Future upside

Future Equity Voucher (FEV)

Optional conversion into equity if KidCreato raises a venture round — without diluting today.

How FEV works

PSU holders may convert 5–10% of their investment into equity if KidCreato raises a VC round at a future valuation. This provides meaningful upside while keeping today's cap table clean.

The Future Equity Voucher is optional and only activates upon a qualified financing event. Conversion terms, valuation, and eligibility are documented at investment and tracked in your dashboard.
