Information We Collect
We collect information parents provide when creating an account (name, email), kid profiles (name, age), artwork uploads, transaction records via Stripe, and usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.
How We Use Your Data
Account data powers authentication and dashboard features. Artwork images are displayed on the marketplace after approval. Transaction data is used for purchase history and seller payouts. Usage data helps us improve KidCreato. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Children's Privacy
KidCreato is designed for parent-supervised use. Parents create and manage kid profiles on behalf of their children. We comply with COPPA principles: we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Data Security
We use Supabase for secure database storage with row-level security policies. Payments are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers directly. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@kidcreato.com. We will respond within 30 days.
