Acceptance of Terms
By accessing KidCreato, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any children whose profiles you manage.
Account Responsibilities
Parents must provide accurate account information and maintain password security. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including uploads and purchases made on behalf of your children.
Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of uploaded artwork. By uploading, you grant KidCreato a non-exclusive license to display, market, and sell approved collectibles on the platform. You represent that uploaded content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
Marketplace Transactions
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are set by sellers (parents). KidCreato charges a platform fee on completed sales. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days to support@kidcreato.com.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload inappropriate, plagiarized, or AI-generated content presented as a child's original work. You may not manipulate auctions, create fake accounts, or attempt to circumvent moderation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@kidcreato.com.
